BTS has been put in the middle so many times that it's become ridiculous. Now that they are serving their country, they're in a position where they're basically crippled as far as defending themselves, so of course, the hyenas come out. ARMY sees this & stands firm in our belief in them. We know that our BTS has nothing to do with Min Hijeen & her mess.

It’s not important at all to recognize all body parts of them and to know about the chronology of their haircuts or colors. My UNPOPULAR OPINION is: Hardcore ARMY should calm down for a change. Sorry, but some of them are out of control. ☺️ They behave as if BTS is their sole property and no later ARMY deserves to be ARMY.

Unpopular opinion - I have always been against BTS participating in anything related to political events. I refuse to watch global citizens performance, I didn't like BTS going to the white house... I didn't like the Busan promotions, I even dislike they going to the UN. I am not saying these the events didn't benefit them, But I don't like BTS participating in them. 😔 BTW, RM IS WITH ME ... Unpopular opinions: 1- I think we should stop saying stuff like Jimin or any member is gay/bi/pan whatever... Recently with some lyrics in RPWP and now with the new aesthetic for Muse, people tend to assume that it's their way to announce their coming out (maybe they're right and if so, good for them, I really don't care they can do what they want it's not my business) but we won't really now until they say it themselves... And if someone is pointing that it's not what we should be talking about, that person will be considered as homophobic, I'm sorry but who are you?? 2- I think Mikrokosmos is a beautiful song but it didn't touched me that much comparing to 2!3! and Magic Shop 3- It's unpopular since European ARMY is a minority, but Hybe should give us more consideration, at least give us a Weverse base in Europe or something, because we have not much merch available in our region, and when we order it from Korea the shipping costs sometimes double the price... 4- In 2025/6 I would like them to do a concert where they would perform old solo songs from Wings, and B-sides they never or almost never performed as well (like Louder than bombs, Paradise, Does it make sense?, etc...) 5- I like On feat Sia (ok just joking I wouldn't go that far 😂), hmmm but seriously I don't like most of the remixes, I like the original version excepting Butterfly prologue mix, Fake love rock version and maybe RUN and I need U remixes but that's all ^^'

Unpopular Opinion: I never liked their collab with Benny Blanco. I think, the music video is a backhanded mockery on Armys and Benny is just on it for clout and the song is very generic.

my unpopular opinion: I'm happy every time I see them moving away from the aesthetic of Kpop MVs, full of cringe hairstyles and long close-ups, yes, I knew them in the Persona era and I even like the boy with luv mv, but preferably, I love them following visual concepts less focused on "kpop visuals", like RM's latest album, or even spring day, which even with certain close-ups and colors, has much more focus on the visual message, the scenes, symbolism, the than on the artists' faces.

Here are some unpopular opinions of mine as a baby army (technically) 1. The things said about the BTS members by their own fans is out of control. I don't know how BTS feels about this, but in my opinion, the way some army talk about these boys gives me the creeps. The extreme sexualization of literally everything they do was a huge culture shock. People boldly bringing up the most vulgar things in their captions caught me so off guard. Like WOAH these are still human beings why are you being weird? 😭Idk maybe its just me, but i never gotten the appeal 2. People speculating a member's relationship and sexuality need to be studied. I know we shouldn't assume a person is straight before "proven" gay, but I seriously have my jaw to the floor with how extreme yall take this. Sexuality is something extremely intimate and private to soneone. To compile an entire document (literal pages) to "prove" one of the members is gay or in a relationship is straight up weird and jobless behavior. So many people who normalize speaking on a member's sexuality or relationship (ships included) are genuinely mentally unstable. Its not right. No matter how much you wanr "representation" (this doesn't even make sense bc how is speculating and labeling an idol a certain sexuality representing you? ), its really invasive to speak on this type of stuff. Joking is fine, i guess, but truly believing they are a certain sexuality and compiling PROOF is insane. 3. Some army are extremely entitled and nobody has talked about this. As a person from another fandom, when i first witnessed this i was SHOCKED. A certain reaction channel had been posting BTS content (also baby army, learning about the boys a little over a year ago) has been full of entitled comments and complaints. There are tons are middle aged army complaining about the channel (despite their mass amount of content they release on rheir channel weekly for free) creating a Patreon. 💀 They literally demanded they nake the poles free because "patreon army" were "probably baby army" and had no idea how to "properly vote for the new content" (the channel takes the winner of a pole on Patreon to react to). I was so shocked to see people complaining about this. They ALSO said that it was disrespectful for them to react to a silly fun BTS edit for Namjoons birthday and not his UN Speech or a more serious video.. I hope i don't have to explain why this is so weird lol But i love this fandom. As any big group of people, they are bound to have bad apples. But majority of army are really nice and extremely talented like BTS, they really motivate me to become my best self.

Unpopular opinion: stage mixes are overrated. Don't get me wrong they are sometimes fun to watch but they make it hard to appreciate the full performances.

I heard rich kids of SK get away with not doing military but BTS who put SK on the map has to do it?! Yet, now that they are all in military or completing it SK and its media will always find a way hating on them. Even after a few years pass BTS will always be the face of SK music. There will be many Kpop groups and many might do well but none will get to BTS level. Bighit should branch back to its own and not be associated with Hybe..BTS deserve their own building..dedicated to just BTS and their accomplishments.

PTD - the stylists did an awful job. Especially with JK. It's also not my fav BTS song. It's very hit or miss with me and Ed Sheeran songs. Still abosolutely love BTS, though.

I don't collect the photocards or the posters either. I give them away at no cost to the person.

unpopular opinion - I do not like Jungkook's solo projects that much. Don't get me wrong, I like listening to them, specifically Yes or No and Standing Next to You but I wish we got songs from him that are written by him like Still with You and My You.

I'm a huge RM fan, he will always and 4ever be my bias, but I don't like any of his new song's. I like come back to me video, but besides the video the song is not great. Groin is ok because it reminds me of old school hip hop, but not ok enough for me to play it in my car, in fact none of his new songs are worth playing in my car. His new songs are just not my style of music. I still love him though

Unpopular opinion : some armys show more enthusiasm to fight with other fandoms than streaming for tannies

My unpopular opinions: BTS do care about awards and charts. As artists, they feel encouraged when they get recognition from others. So, to some of the ARMYs saying that Chapter 2 is not for public consumption and just for fans, I don't agree with it. Of course, BTS makes songs with ARMYs in mind and for their enjoyment, but that doesn’t give us the freedom to ignore their solo songs. As an ARMY, I feel proud and happy when BTS receives recognition and awards from others. So, please focus on streaming. The hate towards the maknae line is increasing in our fandom. Prioritizing the Hyung line doesn’t mean one has to ignore the maknae. As an ARMY, I am proud of every achievement of the members. All those having little 7 in their username are not ARMYs. Chapter 2 is soon coming to an end. In less than a year, all the tannies will be back together. Support all the tannies and their solo albums. So, to those ARMYs who "unstan" BTS during Chapter 2, you are not real ARMYs. BTS are K-pop idols, not politicians, so forcing them to speak on the Palestine issue is not good. They have done their part by contributing to aid.

I liked the drummer. He was very entertaining in a good way. He was very passionate and enjoying what he was doing, 👍 Me too, I like full album, too.

My unpopular opinion is I don't like some of these 'karma is an army' moments. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to see that BTS are winning but for example that time they had an interview with James Corden and called him out after he had a hate train from saying ARMY are teenage girls, made me uncomfortable. From our side: taking offense to calling ARMYs teenage girls is a bit weird to me, bcs there are a lot of young girls who are ARMYs (ofcs not all ARMY), why is that immediately a bad thing. But also even tho James joke wasn't funny, watching RM smile and joke about him being in hot water with us wasn't that funny either. I guess I just don't like watching power, fame or status being used against anyone to get laughs. It was the same in run ep 140 when Jin told the host something like: if this answer isn't accepted then army will go after you. The host sat up straight after that joke. I don't find that kind of humor funny at all. (not sure if this came out the way i intended but oh well..)

Now one unpopular opinion about Army. Many Armies take fandom as a "job": you have to stream constantly so that they are at the top of the lists, you have to search and chase publications that do not treat them as number 1, etc. and if you don't do it you are not a true Army. They have forgotten to enjoy the music and the experience. BTS has songs for almost every mood.

Unpopular opinion- I think Jungkook backup dancers from his mv and promotions of “seven” were way to distracting. When he was back in Korea doing music shows with the Korean backup dancers, it didn’t take any of the spotlight off him!

I agree with everything you said, especially the photocards thing! I keep the ones that come in the albums, put one in my phone case or wallet and that's it. They are cute photos, obviously, but I don't understand how people can spend so much money on collecting and trading them. Why not spend that money on actual albums or save it for a concert? idk

idk if this is an unpopular opinion but i prefer their pre-enlistment visuals. they all r still visual icons now but i just personally dont vibe with or feel uncomfortable irl around like very obviously overt muscles. idk if that makes sense. i still love them 1000000000% and will always support them because i know that they r not these big scary dudes, but its still something i prefer.

First time I saw the drummer guy and he is amazing !!

my unpopular opinion might be that i think the group needed a break when they did it. i know it was sad at the time and that it inevitably hurts a little, but i think it was due already. they had been together for years and it looked, to me, like they were tired. it was too much and kept being to much for a long time. they were constantly giving everything they had for years and overcoming things no one had before, like the bigger promotions on the US, aside from their own personal struggles, inside and outside the team. I'm not saying they weren't happy with the group or that they released bad songs, that's not the case, but that their creativity and ideas were getting to a point of burn out. they needed a break to get themselves together. the more time passes, the more i feel it was really the case. they all had amazing solo projects and were able to explore more of themselves and their abilities, they seem to have grown so much. feels like they're ready to comeback to BTS stronger than ever. rpwp, in special, makes my case stronger, mainly because namjoon is one of the main creativity forces of the group and he was clearly drained. he doesn't seem to be anymore and his solo journey was so great to see. i do think that they should've done it sooner, but i know it was delayed because of the pandemic. I'm glad to have the songs that came out in this period though.

i wouldn't think about the bridgerton thing lol dynamite is the obvious choice for this and it's a great one. any other song wouldn't make sense

this unpopular opinion isn't really on bts but on the kpop industry, i only listen to music by albuns so it bums me when said album has only four or five songs. i know they have to do it bc they can't have time to grow and develop and drop something new amd by this point we as consumers are too used to have constant content, to the point where even a week without them is a major panic on the fandoms, but i still wish they could take their time to make a bigger and better project. and actually make a project, some artists albuns or mini albuns have a serious lack of cohesion that's honestly distressing to see. that's why i like that they go by trilogy, it's at least an attempt to finish on a good project. they have the concept, the message, the cohesion and are able to form a pretty picture in the end.
